Yoga Workshops

Yoga, as we all know, is a form of exercise and spiritual practice performed throughout the world. Yoga includes Asana (body postures) that are very beneficial when repeated daily. Our yoga workshop takes place over the course of a week, with sessions starting early before breakfast.  Throughout the week you will be encouraged to practice the yoga positions that you have learnt twice a day. You will also be introduced to Pranayam (restorative breathing) and chanting along with the philosophy of Yoga.  Sessions will be led by a local Yoga Guru.
